Power Users is a digital marketing platform that offers an Ad Design Studio, AI content tools, social media account connections, website forms, a website chatbot, lead management, and subscription and credit management. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Each business account ("business") on Power Users controls its own data. Team members only see data for the businesses they belong to.

• Account information: your name, email address, sign-in details and the businesses you belong to, including your role in each.
• Business and brand settings: business name, brand details, logos and preferences you enter.
• Content you create: designs, templates you edit, uploaded images, captions, content calendar plans and campaign records.
• Connected social accounts: if you choose to connect Facebook Pages or Instagram Professional accounts, we receive the account or Page name, identifier, profile picture, and access tokens granted through Meta's sign-in screen.
• Website forms and chatbot data: information that visitors to your website submit through Power Users forms or the chatbot (for example names, emails, phone numbers and messages), stored as leads and conversations for your business.
• Billing and usage information: your plan, subscription status, credit balance and usage history, and details you provide when submitting a manual payment (such as a payment reference). We do not store full card numbers.
• Public contact inquiries: your name, email address and message submitted through our Contact page. These are stored separately from business workspace data and can be read and managed only by Super Admins.
• Technical information: basic logs such as request times, IP-derived rate-limit data and error reports needed to keep the service running and to prevent abuse.

• To provide the features you use, such as saving designs, scheduling content, capturing leads and running the chatbot.
• To generate AI-assisted content or replies when you or your website visitors request them.
• To manage subscriptions, credits and payments.
• To keep accounts secure, prevent misuse, and fix problems.
• To contact you about your account or important service changes.

Connecting Facebook or Instagram is optional and can only be started by a business Owner or Admin. Connected account data is used only for the features you authorize, such as identifying your connected Pages and Instagram accounts and, where you choose, preparing or publishing content to them.

• We request only the permissions shown on Meta's consent screen, and you can decline them.
• Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in the app.
• You can disconnect at any time from the Social Media or Integrations page. Disconnecting removes the stored tokens and cancels queued posts for that account. You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings under "Business Integrations" or "Apps and Websites".

We use service providers to run the platform. These include:

• Hosting, database, authentication and file storage providers that run the application.
• AI model providers that process prompts, images or chatbot messages to return generated results.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), only when you connect those accounts.
• Payment providers, when online payments are enabled.

These providers have their own privacy policies that apply to their handling of data.

Your data is stored with our hosting providers. We use measures such as access controls that separate each business's data, role-based permissions, private file storage with time-limited links, and encryption of social account tokens. No online service can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Account and business content is stored to provide the service. You can request deletion; verification and applicable retention requirements are described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
• Chatbot retention uses the period your business sets (90 days by default). Conversations waiting for or handled by a person are excluded from automatic cleanup; separately stored leads are not removed by that cleanup.
• Public contact inquiries are stored for handling your request. You may request deletion using the contact details below, subject to necessary security or legal retention.
• Social account tokens are deleted when you disconnect the account.
• Billing, credit ledger and audit records may be retained where necessary for accounting, security, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Deleting an account does not necessarily remove those records.

You can view and update your account details, edit or delete content where supported, disconnect social accounts, and ask us for a copy of your data or for its deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Power Users is a business tool and is not intended for children.

This policy may be updated as the service changes. The date above identifies the most recent update.
